The entire house was renovated in 2022. The monthly rent includes everything: water, electricity, sewer, garbage, wifi, lawn care, and monthly common area cleanings. The goal is to have a fair, consistent, all inclusive price.
Note: The pictures were professionally staged with furniture, and different furniture is included in the living room and dining room. The bedrooms will be unfurnished, so you can make it your home.
Each room has a keyless door lock that you select the code for. This adds another level of security for you and your belongings.
Our Rooms
& 2. Shared Baths
There are two rooms that share a bath that are roughly 140 and 150 square feet. Monthly rent for each room is $850. The shared bath is cleaned with the common areas once a month.
3. Small Master
The Small Master has a private bath with a double vanity and dual shower heads. It is roughly 160 sqft. Monthly rent is $950.
4. Large Master
The Large Master is the largest room at roughly 200 sqft and has a private bath with a double vanity and dual shower heads. It also has the most privacy as it is in the corner of the house with no shared bedroom walls. Monthly rent is $975.
