1. See if You are a Good Fit

Review the ‘Good Fit’ and ‘House Rules’ pages. If you believe you are a good fit and agree to the house rules, great! We would love to get the process started.

2. Fill Interest Form

Use the ‘Interested’ button in the top right corner to fill out the interest form. I will email you the next day to schedule a phone interview if you meet the minimum requirements.

3. Phone Interview

We will get to know each other, and see if it would be a great fit for both of us. This is also an opportunity for you to asks any questions.

4. Home Tour

This is optional and provides you a chance to see your new home and potentially meet some of your roommates!

5. Official Application and Background/Credit Check

This is the final step of the application process and is used to verify all of your information. There is an application fee at this point. We want a safe home, so all tenants will have a thorough background check!

6. Application Decision

If your application is accepted, congratulations! We will hold your room for up to 24 hours until your deposit is received. The deposit equals one months rent and will convert to your security deposit once you move in.
